About Claudia
International speaker, ICF-certified executive coach and creator of the LIDERE360™ Method. Her career combines more than 25 years of experience in corporate leadership, business strategy, marketing and human development.
As a former Country Manager, she led multidisciplinary teams and managed multimillion-dollar budgets — experience that today allows her to connect leadership with real business needs. She has guided leaders, executives and organizations across the United States and Latin America to strengthen their emotional intelligence, develop high-performing teams and build more productive, more human cultures.
Her approach integrates strategy, NLP, leadership and emotional intelligence into practical, applicable tools that create real change in both people and organizations.
